AgencyAnalytics alternatives are worth a look when the way you report to clients has changed: your client count grew, your channel mix changed, or you want reporting closer to where campaigns are run. AgencyAnalytics is a solid client reporting platform, so the right alternative depends on which of those reasons applies to you, not on a ranking.

Quick answer: For branded client dashboards priced by dashboards or data sources rather than per client, look at DashThis and Swydo. For an agency-wide data layer with AI agents, look at Whatagraph. For free dashboards with paid connectors, use Data Studio with Supermetrics. If you also need to launch and manage campaigns across platforms, Wevion is an ad management platform with built-in cross-platform reporting.

This page is about the branded "alternatives to AgencyAnalytics" question. For broader roundups, see our guides to cross-account ad reporting tools, Facebook ads reporting tools and cross-channel ad analytics tools. All prices below are taken from each vendor's public pricing page as of November 2026 and can change.

What does AgencyAnalytics do?

AgencyAnalytics describes itself as "client intelligence for marketing agencies": it pulls client data from many marketing platforms into dashboards and automated, branded reports.

According to its website and pricing page, it offers:

  • 90+ marketing integrations, connected per client.
  • White-label features: branded logo and colours, custom domain, custom email and a white-labelled client portal.
  • AI features: Ask AI, AI summaries, anomaly detection and an MCP server for AI tools.
  • Pricing per client: the Core plan is $20 per client per month, billed annually, with volume rates through sales for agencies with 25 or more clients. There is a 14-day trial with no card.

Its site describes collecting, analysing and reporting on performance. It does not describe creating or editing ad campaigns, which happens in each ad platform.

Why do agencies look for AgencyAnalytics alternatives?

Agencies usually start comparing tools for practical reasons tied to their own setup rather than because a tool stopped working.

  • Pricing model. Per-client pricing is simple to forecast, but some agencies prefer to pay by dashboard or by data source, especially if they have many small clients on few channels.
  • Integrations. The sources you need, for example native ad platforms such as Taboola or Outbrain, may sit better in another tool or connector.
  • Where the data goes. Agencies with an analyst team may want data in spreadsheets, Data Studio or a warehouse rather than in a closed dashboard.
  • Reporting only vs managing ads. Some teams want the report and the campaign controls in one place, so a finding becomes an action without switching tools.
  • Depth of white-label. Some agencies need a full client portal on their own domain; others only send a monthly PDF.

How do the six alternatives compare?

The table summarises each option's pricing basis and fit, using public information from each vendor's site as of November 2026.

Three kinds of AgencyAnalytics alternatives

1. DashThis

DashThis is a marketing reporting and dashboard platform for agencies and in-house teams that pulls data from 30+ platforms into automated dashboards.

Its pricing page says plans are "built around dashboards & sources", with "no per-client or per-integration fees". As of November 2026 the Individual plan is $44 a month billed yearly for 3 dashboards and 15 sources, up to Business at $279 a month yearly for 25 dashboards and 100 sources. White-label features, including a custom domain, are on every plan, and an AI Insights add-on is optional.

Suits: agencies that want fast, templated client dashboards and email delivery without building reports from scratch.

2. Whatagraph

Whatagraph now calls itself an "agentic marketing intelligence platform": agents build reports from your templates, draft commentary and monitor client accounts on a schedule.

Its pricing page lists two plans billed annually: Max from €699 a month and Prime on a custom quote. Pricing uses credits, where each connected data account costs one credit, plus an agent usage tier. Max includes white-label customisation; a custom report domain is an add-on on Prime. Its homepage lists 60+ native integrations.

Suits: larger agencies that want one governed data layer across clients and are ready to work with AI agents.

3. Swydo

Swydo is a reporting and monitoring tool for agencies with one plan that includes all features and charges by connected data source.

As of November 2026, its pricing page lists €69 a month, or €62 billed annually, with the first 10 data sources included and a falling price per source after that. Clients, users, dashboards and reports are not capped. It lists 38+ integrations, white-labelling with your own domain, scheduled reports and KPI alerts by email or Slack.

Suits: agencies with many clients on a few channels each, where per-source pricing comes out lower than per-client pricing.

4. Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio)

Data Studio is Google's dashboard tool, known as Looker Studio until recently, and Google's documentation calls it "a no-cost tool". A paid Data Studio Pro edition adds team workspaces, scheduled delivery options and administration features.

Google sources such as Google Ads and GA4 connect directly. Meta, TikTok and other ad platforms usually come in through partner connectors built by third parties, many of them paid. Our guide to connecting Taboola and Outbrain to Looker Studio shows how that works for native ads.

Suits: agencies with someone who enjoys building reports, and a budget for connectors instead of a reporting subscription.

5. Supermetrics

Supermetrics is a data connector rather than a reporting front end: it moves marketing data into the tools where you build reports.

Its pricing page lists Starter at €39 a month billed yearly (2 data sources, 1 user, 1 destination) and Growth at €159 a month yearly (7 data sources, 2 users). Destinations include Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel and Power BI; data warehouses such as BigQuery are on Enterprise.

Suits: agencies that already report in spreadsheets or Data Studio and need reliable ad data inside them.

6. Wevion

Wevion is an ad management platform with cross-platform reporting, not a white-label reporting tool, and it belongs on this list only for agencies whose reporting problem is really an operations problem.

Wevion connects Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Taboola and Outbrain ad accounts through each platform's official API, syncs data about every 15 minutes, and gives each client its own workspace, so an agency can report on and manage every client's campaigns from one dashboard.

You launch campaigns across platforms with Bulk Launch, and the cross-channel analytics view puts every account in one currency. Scheduled reports go out as PDF or CSV, daily, weekly or monthly; our guide to scheduling automated client ad reports walks through it. There is no client portal, custom domain or own sending address, so agencies that sell a branded portal should keep a dedicated reporting tool.

Suits: paid media agencies that want reporting and campaign changes in the same place.

You can try it on your own ad accounts with a 14-day trial on the Pro plan. No card to start. We ask for one on day 7, or earlier if you use up the trial credits, and billing starts on day 14 only if you add it.

How do the pricing models play out for an agency?

The cheapest tool on the pricing page is not always the cheapest for your roster, because each vendor counts something different: clients, dashboards or connected data sources.

Take a hypothetical agency with 20 clients, one dashboard each, and three connected ad accounts per client (Meta, Google and TikTok), so 60 data sources:

  • AgencyAnalytics: 20 clients × $20 = $400 a month, billed annually.
  • DashThis: 20 dashboards and 60 sources fit the Business plan, $279 a month billed yearly.
  • Swydo: 10 sources included, 50 more at €4.50 each = €225, plus €62 = about €287 a month billed annually.

Change the shape and the order changes. With 40 small clients on one channel each, per-source pricing gains; with 10 clients on six channels each, per-client pricing gains. Run your own roster through each vendor's pricing page before deciding, and add the hours your team spends building reports, which often costs more than the software. Our guide to pricing your ads management shows how to turn those hours into a cost per client.

Key takeaways

  • AgencyAnalytics prices per client ($20 per client per month, billed annually, as of November 2026) and offers a white-labelled client portal.
  • DashThis prices by dashboards and sources; Swydo by data source; Whatagraph by credits per data account.
  • Data Studio, formerly Looker Studio, costs nothing, but ad platform data outside Google usually needs a partner connector such as Supermetrics.
  • None of the reporting tools here describe launching or editing campaigns.
  • Wevion manages and reports on campaigns across six ad platforms, without a white-label portal.
  • Model your own client count and data sources against each pricing page before you switch.
