Acceptable Use Policy
Version 4.0 · Effective 3 July 2026 · Last updated 3 July 2026
This document is published in English only, as it is in the Wevion app (app.wevion.ai/acceptable-use), where you accept it.
In brief
Wevion is a tool to build, launch and optimise advertising campaigns. Use it for lawful advertising only. Do not use it for illegal, deceptive or harmful content, for spam or fraud, or to abuse our systems. When you run ads on Meta or another network, follow that network's rules and collect valid consent for any tracking (Pixel, Conversions API, audience uploads) before you turn it on. AI features assist you — you stay in control and review every output before it goes live. Breaking these rules can lead to a warning, suspension, or account termination. The sections below give the detail.
Scope and roles
This policy applies to everyone who uses Wevion, including your team members and anyone acting under your account. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Service; capitalised terms have the meaning given there. For the personal data you process through Wevion (for example leads, audiences, conversion data), Bhblasted SRL SB acts as a processor / service provider and only on your documented instructions. You remain the controller / business and are responsible for the lawfulness of your campaigns and of the data you upload.
Prohibited content and activity
You may not use Wevion, directly or indirectly, to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone else's rights (including intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights).
- Advertise or promote illegal products or services, controlled substances, illegal gambling, weapons, human trafficking, violence, terrorism, or fraudulent or deceptive schemes.
- Run deceptive advertising, ad fraud, cloaking, affiliate fraud, or mass deceptive campaigns.
- Use stolen, falsified, leaked, scraped or unlawfully purchased personal data, or target vulnerable groups with exploitative messaging.
- Send spam, phishing, malware or unsolicited communications in breach of applicable anti-spam laws (for example CAN-SPAM, TCPA, ePrivacy/GDPR).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape without authorisation, or attempt to derive our source code.
- Interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service, or exceed quotas, rate limits or access controls — including by creating multiple accounts to bypass them.
- Share credentials outside your team or organisation, or bypass tenant isolation or access controls.
Advertising platform rules and tracking
When you use Wevion to advertise on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or any other integrated network, you must comply with that network's own rules — for Meta, the Meta Advertising Policies, Community Standards, Platform Terms and Data Processing Terms. Wevion is a tool and is not a substitute for the network's review: ads may still be rejected or removed by the network. Tracking and consent: before you activate any tracking or measurement tool through Wevion — including the Meta Pixel, the Conversions API (CAPI), or custom-audience uploads — you must have a valid legal basis and, where required, collect and keep proof of the end user's consent. When you deploy Meta Business Tools (Pixel/CAPI), you and Meta may act as joint controllers under Article 26 GDPR for the data collected, and Meta's joint-controller arrangement applies to that data. Wevion acts on your instructions as your processor and does not decide the purposes of that tracking — that responsibility is yours.

AI features
Some Wevion features use AI (large language models, image and video generation) to assist you. You must not use them to create content that would break this policy, and you must review every AI-generated output before you publish an ad or make a business decision based on it. AI output is provided "as is" and may contain errors. Wevion's AI features are assistive only: they do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on any person (Article 22 GDPR) — you always remain in control of what is published. California residents can exercise available opt-out rights over automated decision-making technology as described in our Privacy Policy.
Enforcement
If you break this policy we may take action proportionate to the severity, up to and including: (1) a warning and a chance to fix the issue, for minor or first violations; (2) temporary suspension of your account or of specific features; (3) permanent termination without refund, for serious or repeated violations; (4) legal action and disclosure to the competent authorities where the activity is illegal. In deciding what is proportionate we consider intent, scope, risk to others, and your cooperation in fixing the problem.
Reporting
To report a suspected violation, email abuse@wevion.ai with details, any evidence, and your contact information. We investigate reports and do not disclose the reporter's identity unless legally required to.
Compliance verification
With reasonable cause, Bhblasted SRL SB may review account activity to check compliance with this policy. We do not routinely inspect your content; any review is proportionate, documented and data-minimised.
Copyright (DMCA)
To report copyright infringement, send a takedown notice to legal@wevion.ai. We accept counter-notices under DMCA §512(g).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email and in-app before they take effect. This policy is versioned: the version and effective date shown at the top identify the text in force, and your acceptance is recorded against that version.
