Data Deletion

In brief

You can delete your personal data at any time. The fastest way is to delete your account yourself in the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. Deletion is scheduled 30 days later, and you can cancel it until then. You can also email privacy@wevion.ai. We confirm your identity, then act within the deadline set by your local law (one month under the GDPR, 45 days under the CCPA/CPRA). We keep some data longer only where the law requires it, for example tax and accounting records. Deleting your Wevion account does not delete data held by Meta, Google or other ad platforms — you control that with each platform directly. The full detail is below.

Your right to deletion

You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data. Depending on where you live, this right comes from the GDPR (Art. 17, EU/UK/EEA), the CCPA/CPRA (California Civil Code §1798.105), the LGPD (Art. 18, Brazil) and comparable laws such as the VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, APPI, PDPA and PIPEDA. Bhblasted SRL SB, the company behind Wevion, is the data controller for this personal data.

What a deletion request covers

A request can cover the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Account and login data (name, email, authentication data)
• Connected ad-platform tokens and metadata
• Creative assets we generated and media you uploaded
• Campaign, performance and reporting data
• Support and AI chat history
• Audit logs and activity history

How to request deletion

Choose the option that fits your case.

• Delete your whole account (self-service): sign in to app.wevion.ai → Settings → Account → Delete my account and confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days later; until then you can cancel from the same page and the account keeps working. We email you the date.
• Remove specific items without closing your account: inside the product you can archive conversations and campaign drafts, disconnect ad accounts or remove your profile photo. Archiving hides an item but does not erase it. To have specific items erased, email privacy@wevion.ai.
• Ask us by email: for anything not covered by self-service, email privacy@wevion.ai from your account address and tell us what you want deleted. Authorized-agent requests are accepted under the CCPA with signed written authorization.

Verifying your identity

To protect your account, we confirm your identity before acting on a request — normally by verifying that it comes from, or is confirmed through, your registered email address. We only use the information you give us for verification to handle your request.

Response time

Bhblasted SRL SB responds within the deadline that applies to you:

• GDPR: within one month, extendable by two further months for complex or numerous requests
• CCPA/CPRA: within 45 days, extendable by a further 45 days
• LGPD: within 15 days
• Other laws: within the period they require

What happens after we confirm

At the end of the 30-day period your account is closed and you can no longer sign in. Closing the account does not by itself erase your personal data: to have it erased or irreversibly anonymised, email privacy@wevion.ai, and we act within the deadlines in section 6, except for the data described in 'When we may keep some data'. Copies of erased data may remain in our encrypted database backups until those backups are deleted. Aggregated or anonymised data that can no longer identify you may be kept for analytics and service improvement.

When we may keep some data

The law lets us keep certain personal data even after a deletion request, and only for as long as we need it. This can include:

• Records we must retain by law, such as invoicing, tax and accounting records, kept as required by tax law (typically 10 years under Italian law)
• Data needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
• Data needed to detect and prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents
• Data we must keep to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation

Data on connected ad platforms

Wevion connects to Meta, Google Ads and other platforms through OAuth. Deleting your Wevion account does not delete the data held on those platforms — that data is controlled by your own account with each platform, and you manage it there. Where you use Meta Business Tools through Wevion, Meta may act as a joint controller of that platform-side data under GDPR Art. 26, and its handling is governed by Meta's own terms.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome). If you are in another EEA country or the UK, you can contact your local supervisory authority.
