That is a fact about their public site, not proof that the engines are gone; but every review that still leads with the dual-engine story, including earlier versions of this one, is quoting something the vendor no longer says out loud. What the current site foregrounds instead is local and cloud browser profiles with unique fingerprints, plus cloud Android phone profiles. Re-check before you build a comparison table on it.
Assessment: engine diversity is a real advantage on the identity layer — a second rendering stack means a second fingerprint ecosystem, which matters when a platform gets good at spotting the first one. Two observations that matter more than the numbers:

Where Multilogin's Remit Ends
None of the following is a defect. It is the boundary of what a browser-layer product is for, and knowing exactly where that boundary runs is the whole point of this review.
1. There is no ads management inside it
Multilogin gives you an isolated browsing session. It does not give you:
- campaign creation or editing tools
- automation rules for ads
- cross-account reporting
- budget management and alerts
- bulk campaign operations
- scheduled campaign actions
To run Meta Ads through Multilogin you open each profile, land in Ads Manager, and work in Meta's native interface. Each account is a separate manual session. With five accounts that is fine. With forty, that is your Monday.
2. Meta's account linking runs past the browser
Meta's account graph is built from several signals, and they sit at different depths:

If you can already reach every account you need, adding profiles will not help with what is actually slowing you down. The symptoms of a campaign-layer problem look like this:
