How we calculate
Each tool is priced from its vendor's public pricing page, at your size. We take the lowest-priced plan that covers your spend, ad accounts, seats, clients, stores or events, as you would on the vendor's own pricing page.
More on the method
Many tools bill on something other than ad spend. Revenue-based tools use your spend times your MER, order-based tools an average order value, and trackers a number of events per dollar. When a tool in your list bills that way, an Assumptions box under your bill shows the defaults, and you can change them.
Where a vendor publishes no price, quotes on request or stops below your size, or where we haven't priced a tool yet, the line says so and stays out of the totals. You can enter what you pay.
Example. At $40,000 USD of monthly ad spend, Bïrch costs $332 USD/mo, read on 8 Oct 2026. Its Pro plan, at $249 USD/mo, covers up to $30,000 USD, and on monthly billing Bïrch charges 0.83% on the $10,000 USD above it. That costs less than its next plan.
Prices stay in the vendor's currency. Totals use European Central Bank reference rates of 7 Oct 2026. All prices exclude VAT.
Only the lines Wevion replaces count in the comparison. Partly covered lines count only if you tick them. Tools that run alongside Wevion, and jobs Wevion doesn't do, stay in your total.
Your Wevion plan comes from your ad accounts, seats, stores (one product catalogue each), workspaces and the features you need, counting the seats each plan includes. Ad spend never enters it.
Prices change often. Each line shows the date we read it.
There's more on why the number of tools matters in our article on performance marketing stacks.
What this estimate doesn't say
It doesn't know your discounts, contracts or older plans. It doesn't count the hours spent moving between tools. And it isn't a quote.
