Getting Started with the Wevion Free Trial: Your First 14 Days, Step by Step

This guide to getting started with Wevion turns the 14-day free trial into a plan you can follow: sign up, connect your ad accounts, launch a real campaign, set up rules and alerts, and make an informed decision before day 14. No card is needed to start, Wevion asks for one on day 7, and nothing is charged during the trial, so the only thing that matters is using the two weeks well.
Quick answer: To get started with Wevion, sign up without a card and you get the Pro plan for 14 days with 6,000 credits. Connect your ad accounts through the official OAuth flow, launch one real campaign, add a rule and an alert, try Wavo, the AI copilot, and pick your plan around day 12.
Before You Start: What You Need
You need two things. First, at least one ad account you have permission to manage, on any of the six supported platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, Snapchat or Outbrain. Second, a real job to test, such as a launch you would build this week anyway, with its creatives and destination ready. You do not need a card: Wevion asks for one on day 7, or sooner if the 6,000 trial credits run out.
The real job matters most. A trial on an idle account proves nothing. Line up the work that costs you the most hours, and run it through Wevion.
Setup reality check: the trial runs on Pro, with up to 25 ad accounts. The plan you pay for comes later and should match your operation today: Starter covers up to 5 ad accounts, Pro up to 25 and Plus up to 50. If you are unsure, read Wevion plans compared first.
Put this guide to work
Launch, test and scale campaigns on six ad platforms from one place, with Wavo, the AI copilot, at your side. Free for 14 days.
Step 1: Sign Up and Start the Trial
Go to the pricing page, or straight to sign-up, and create your account. The trial starts right away on the Pro plan, with 6,000 credits, and you do not add a payment method. You get Pro's seats, ad accounts, workspaces, data history and features.
Note the date the trial ends, 14 days from signup, and set a reminder two days before. Wevion asks for a card on day 7; adding it then, or earlier, does not move that date.
Step 2: Connect Your Ad Accounts
Go to the integrations area and connect your first platform. Wevion uses each platform's official OAuth flow: you authorise access to the accounts you choose, and the platform grants it through its official API. You are never asked to share a password.
This is the most important step to get right, because the connection method is what determines risk. For the technical detail, see how Wevion connects with OAuth and encrypted tokens. If you manage several clients, create a workspace per client first (Pro, and so the trial, includes 4), so each client's accounts and data stay separate.
Step 3: Invite Your Team
If others will use Wevion after the trial, invite them now. A tool you test alone tells you little about how it works for a team. The trial runs on Pro, with 10 seats; after it, Starter includes 5 and Plus 30. Give each person the role they will actually have, so the trial reflects real day-to-day work.
Step 4: Launch Your First Campaign
Open the campaign launcher, choose an objective, set budget and schedule, define the audience and attach your creative and destination. Keep the first campaign simple: one objective, one audience, one or two creatives. The goal is to prove the full loop, from build to live, on a real account.
Then try the bulk launcher on something you would normally build by hand. On the trial you have Pro's capacity, up to 1,000 ads per bulk launch; Starter handles up to 200 rows and Plus has the highest capacity. Our guide on how to bulk launch campaigns across five platforms shows the workflow in detail.
Quote-ready: Your first trial campaign is a dry run of the whole workflow on a real account with real budget. Keep it small, get it live, and you will know within days whether Wevion fits how you work.
Step 5: Add Rules, Alerts and Wavo, the AI Copilot
Once a campaign is live, set up one rule that would have saved you money last month, such as pausing an ad set when cost per result runs too high. The rule engine is on every plan; cross-platform rules come with Pro, so they are in the trial. Then turn on Telegram alerts, so you hear about problems without watching the dashboard. Our guide to setting up ad alerts across six platforms with Telegram walks through it.
Finally, ask Wavo, the AI copilot, to review an account or draft your next campaign. Every self-serve plan includes Wavo in Fast, Smart and Expert modes. During the trial it runs on the 6,000 trial credits; each paid plan then has its own monthly allowance.
Step 6: Review Before Day 14
Around day 12, look back at what you tested. How long did the launch take compared with before? Did the rule catch anything? Did alerts reach you faster than your old routine? Compare the hours saved with the price of the plan: €99/mo for Starter, €499/mo for Pro, €1,499/mo for Plus, or 20% less with annual billing.
Verdict: If Wevion paid for itself in two weeks, add a card and pick your plan: it starts on day 14. If it did not, let the trial end; the account becomes read-only and nothing is charged. Either way, you decided on your own data.
What Comes Next
If you stay, the plan you picked starts when the trial ends, and you keep full flexibility: upgrades are instant and prorated, and downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
