This Wevion free trial FAQ answers, in one place and without spin, the questions people ask before they start: whether a card is needed, when the first charge happens, how to cancel, which plan to pick and what happens to your data. The short version: every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Pro plan, no card is needed to sign up, Wevion asks for one on day 7, and nothing is charged unless you add it and stay past day 14.

The Trial Basics

Before the detailed questions, here is the frame everything hangs on. Wevion has three self-serve plans, Starter, Pro and Plus, plus Enterprise on quote. Every new account starts with the same 14-day free trial on Pro, and the trial is the real product, not a reduced preview.

Is there a free plan? No. Wevion no longer offers a free plan. The trial is how every self-serve customer starts.

How long is the trial? 14 days, counted from signup.

Which plan is the trial on? Pro, with 6,000 credits. You pick the plan that follows (Starter, Pro or Plus) when you add your card. Enterprise is set up directly with the Wevion team, with custom limits and a custom contract.

Do I get the whole plan during the trial? Yes. The trial gives you Pro's seats, ad accounts, workspaces, data history and features, with 6,000 credits for Wavo.

The Card, Billing and Your First Charge

Do I need a credit card to start? No. You sign up without a card.

When does Wevion ask for a card? On day 7 of the trial, or sooner if you use up the 6,000 credits. You can also add it earlier from your billing settings.

Does adding a card early extend the trial? No. The trial ends on day 14, counted from signup, whenever you add the card.

Will I be charged during the trial? No. Nothing is charged during the 14 days.

When does the first charge happen? On day 14, and only if you added a card. At that point the plan you picked starts at its list price.

What do the plans cost? Starter is €99/mo, Pro €499/mo and Plus €1,499/mo on monthly billing. Annual billing saves 20% on every paid plan. What currency will I pay in? Prices are shown in the currency of the country you are browsing from, out of nine: EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, CHF, AED, SGD and PLN. It is a local price list, not a conversion. Your billing currency depends on your company's country and is set at your first invoice.

Are there discounts? Annual billing is a permanent 20% discount, not a limited-time offer. Startups, non-profits and students can contact Wevion; those cases are reviewed one by one.

Choosing a Plan for After the Trial

Which plan should I pick? The one that fits your operation today. You choose it when you add your card, and it starts on day 14. All limits below come from the pricing page.

• Starter: 5 seats, 5 ad accounts, 12 months of data history, bulk launcher up to 200 rows, 16,000 credits a month.
• Pro: 10 seats, 25 ad accounts, 24 months of data history, bulk launch up to 1,000 ads, 72,000 credits a month, 4 workspaces and impersonation, plus cross-platform rules, API, MCP and CLI.
• Plus: 30 seats, 50 ad accounts, unlimited data history, the highest bulk launcher capacity, 224,000 credits a month, 10 workspaces and white-label reports, plus everything in Pro.

Which ad platforms can I connect? All six on every plan: Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, Snapchat and Outbrain.

Is Wavo included in the trial? Yes. Wavo, the AI copilot, is included on every self-serve plan in Fast, Smart and Expert modes, and during the trial it runs on the trial's 6,000 credits. Our guide to choosing your Wavo mode explains when to use each.

What are credits? Credits are the unit that powers Wavo's AI: chat, campaign launches and analyses. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance that renews every month, and top-up packs are available if you need more. The trial comes with 6,000.

Teams, Clients and Agencies

Can my team join during the trial? Yes. The trial runs on Pro, which includes 10 seats; after it, Starter has 5 and Plus 30. Inviting the people who will use Wevion every day is the best way to test it.

Can I keep clients separate? Yes, with workspaces. Starter has 1 workspace, Pro has 4 and Plus has 10, so an agency can give each client its own workspace with its own accounts and data. For a practical example, read our guide to onboarding a new client account in the first week.

Can I see what a teammate sees? Impersonation is available from Pro, so you can try it during the trial: an account lead can check exactly what a colleague's view looks like.

Can I send reports under my own brand? White-label reports are included on Plus and Enterprise.

Can I connect my own tools? Access through the API, MCP and CLI is included from Pro. On Enterprise, the API comes with scoped API keys and the native MCP server lets you drive Wevion from your own AI agents.

Do rules work across platforms? The rule engine is on every plan. Rules that compare or act across platforms, for example one rule that watches spend on Meta and Google together, are included from Pro.

Changing Plans, Upgrading and Downgrading

Can I change plans? Yes, at any time. Upgrades are instant and prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

What happens to my data if I downgrade? Your data stays. You only see the history window of your new plan, for example 12 months on Starter. If you move back up to Pro, you see all of it again.

What if I need more than Plus? Enterprise offers custom seats, custom ad account, page and pixel limits, unlimited data history and a dedicated account manager, among other things. It is arranged directly with the Wevion team.

Your Data, Security and the Connection

How does Wevion connect to my ad accounts? Through each platform's official OAuth flow and API. You authorise access to the accounts you choose; there is no password sharing. What security standards apply? Every plan comes with SSL encryption and GDPR compliance.

Where do my campaigns live? In your own ad accounts. Wevion publishes through the platforms' APIs, so the campaigns you launch stay in your accounts on Meta, Google and the other platforms, whatever you decide about your Wevion plan.

What happens to my data if I do not add a card? On day 14 the account becomes read-only. Your data stays, and you can pick a plan later to carry on.

Cancelling

Can I cancel during the trial? If you have not added a card there is nothing to cancel: on day 14 the account becomes read-only and nothing is charged. If you added a card, you can cancel anytime before day 14 and you pay nothing.

What if I forget? If you added a card and do not cancel, the plan you picked starts on day 14. If you did not add a card, nothing is charged: the account becomes read-only and your data stays. If you are still evaluating, set a reminder a couple of days before the end of the trial.

Can I cancel a paid plan later? Yes. Wevion plans can be cancelled anytime. Check your billing settings in the app for how your current billing period winds down.
