The Wevion free trial gives every new account 14 days on the Pro plan, with 6,000 credits, so you can run your real campaigns through Wevion before you pay a cent. Wevion no longer has a free plan: the trial is how everyone starts, and it starts without a card. Wevion asks for one on day 7. If you add it, the plan you pick starts on day 14; if you do not, the account becomes read-only and your data stays. This guide explains how the trial works, what to test in two weeks and how to pick the plan that follows.

Quick answer: The Wevion free trial is 14 days on the Pro plan with 6,000 credits, and you sign up without a card. Wevion asks for a card on day 7, or sooner if the credits run out. With a card, the plan you pick starts on day 14; without one, the account becomes read-only and your data stays.

How the Free Trial Works

The trial is simple by design. You create an account and get the Pro plan for 14 days, with 6,000 credits. There is no reduced "trial mode": you work with Pro's seats, ad accounts, workspaces and data history, on your real accounts.

Four rules cover everything:

  1. No card to sign up. You start the trial without a payment method.
  2. Wevion asks for a card on day 7. If you use up the 6,000 credits sooner, it asks then. You can also add a card earlier, from your billing settings.
  3. The end date never moves. Adding a card does not extend the trial: it still ends on day 14, and nothing is charged before then.
  4. Day 14 decides. With a card, the plan you picked (Starter, Pro or Plus) starts at its list price, and you can cancel before then. Without a card, the account becomes read-only and your data stays.

Enterprise works differently: it is set up directly with the Wevion team, with custom limits and a custom contract, so there is no self-serve trial for it.

The honest version: this is a trial, not a free plan. Wevion gives you two weeks of the real product without asking for a card, asks for one halfway through, and charges nothing unless you add it and stay. Set a reminder for day 12 if you are still deciding.

Why There Is No Free Plan Any More

Wevion no longer offers a free plan. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial on Pro instead, and the difference matters for you. A capped free tier shows a narrow slice of a product, usually one ad account managed by hand, while the value of Wevion sits in the parts a free tier leaves out: several ad accounts in one place, rules that act for you, bulk launching and Wavo, the AI copilot, in all its modes.

A 14-day trial on the Pro plan does the opposite. You see the product working on your real accounts, with your real data, and decide on evidence. If it does not earn its price in two weeks, you simply do not add a card, and you pay nothing.

If you are comparing this approach with other tools, our guide to the best Meta ads management tools for 2026 shows how different vendors handle free tiers, trials and spend-based pricing.

What You Can Test in 14 Days

Because the trial is the full Pro plan, the useful question is not "what is unlocked" but "what should I prove in two weeks". A good trial checks four things.

Connection and data. Connect your ad accounts through the official platform APIs. Wevion supports six platforms on every plan: Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, Snapchat and Outbrain. Check that the numbers you see match what you expect from each platform. For how the connection works, see how Wevion connects with OAuth and encrypted tokens.

Launching. Build and publish a real campaign with the campaign launcher, then try the bulk launcher on a batch you would normally build by hand. On the trial you have Pro's capacity, up to 1,000 ads per bulk launch; Starter handles up to 200 rows and Plus has the highest capacity.

Rules and alerts. Set up a rule that would have saved you money last month, such as pausing an ad set above a target cost, and turn on Telegram alerts. The rule engine and Telegram alerts are on every plan; cross-platform rules come with Pro, so you can test them during the trial.

Wavo, the AI copilot. Ask Wavo, the AI copilot, to review an account, draft a campaign or explain a drop in performance. Every self-serve plan includes Wavo in Fast, Smart and Expert modes, and during the trial the 6,000 credits power it. Our guide to choosing your Wavo mode explains when to use each.

Quote-ready: Treat the trial as a structured evaluation, not free time. Pick the three jobs that cost you the most hours each week, run them through Wevion for 14 days, and let the result decide whether the plan is worth it.

Which Plan to Pick When You Add Your Card

Every trial runs on Pro. The choice comes when you add your card: pick the plan that fits your operation today, not the one you might need in a year. The limits below come straight from the pricing page.

Starter fits a solo media buyer or a small brand team running up to five ad accounts. Pro fits a growing brand or a small agency: 25 ad accounts, four workspaces, impersonation, cross-platform rules and access through the API, MCP and CLI. Plus fits an agency at scale: 50 ad accounts, ten workspaces and white-label reports, plus everything in Pro.

Annual billing saves 20% on every paid plan. Prices are shown in your local currency on the pricing page and exclude VAT. For the full side-by-side, read Wevion plans compared.

A Worked Example: Two Weeks on Pro

Picture a small agency running eight client ad accounts across Meta and Google. Day one, the team signs up, which starts the Pro trial, connects all eight accounts and sets up two workspaces, one per client group. Day two, they move their weekly launch for one client into the bulk launcher and cut the build from an afternoon to under an hour.

During week one they add a rule that pauses ad sets when cost per result runs too high, with a Telegram alert to the account lead. During week two, they let Wavo, the AI copilot, prepare the first draft of a client update from live data.

On day 7 Wevion asks for a card, and they leave the question open for another few days. By day 12 they have a clear answer. Either the hours saved are worth more than €499 a month, and they add a card and keep Pro from day 14, or they are not, and they let the trial end: the account becomes read-only, nothing is charged, and the data is still there if they change their mind. Both are good outcomes, because the decision is based on their own accounts, not a feature list.

Verdict: A trial on the real Pro plan removes guesswork. You decide whether to pay after using the product on your own data, not before.

Five Mistakes That Waste a Trial

Most trials that end in "not sure" fail for the same few reasons. Avoid these and your 14 days will give you a clear answer.

Starting on an idle week. If nothing is launching and budgets are flat, there is nothing to measure. Start the trial when real work is on the calendar: a product launch, a new client or a seasonal push.

Connecting only one account. Wevion earns its keep when several accounts and platforms sit in one place. Connect the accounts you actually juggle, up to Pro's 25, so the trial reflects your real day.

Testing alone. If a team will use the tool, invite them in week one. The trial includes Pro's 10 seats, and how a junior buyer gets on with the launcher matters as much as how you do.

Skipping automation. Rules and alerts are where a lot of the time saving lives, but they need a few days to show their value. Set them up early, not on day 13.

Forgetting the end date. The trial ends on day 14 whatever you do. With a card, your plan starts then; without one, the account becomes read-only. Put a reminder in your calendar on day one, so the decision is deliberate.

Quote-ready: A good trial is planned like a test campaign. Pick the jobs you want to measure, set them up in the first days and judge the result before the deadline, not after it.

What Happens When the Trial Ends

On day 14 one of two things happens. If you added a card, the plan you picked starts at its list price. If you did not, the account becomes read-only: nothing is charged, your data stays, and you can pick a plan later to continue.

After that, you stay flexible. You can change plans at any time: upgrades are instant and prorated, and downgrades take effect at your next renewal. If you downgrade, your data stays; you see the history window of your new plan (for example, 12 months on Starter), and moving back up shows everything again.

Credits renew every month on every paid plan, and top-up packs are available if you need more. If you are a startup, a non-profit or a student, contact Wevion: discounts are reviewed case by case.

When the Trial Is the Right Move

Start a trial when you have a concrete job to test: a launch you build by hand every week, a reporting routine that eats a day, or accounts spread across several platforms that you want in one view. Wait if you cannot give the tool real campaigns during those 14 days, because a trial on an idle account proves nothing.

For a step-by-step setup, follow getting started with the Wevion free trial. If you still have questions about the card, cancellation or your data, the Wevion free trial FAQ answers them in one place, and is the Wevion free trial really free gives the plain answer for sceptics. The fastest way to understand Wevion is to run your own accounts through it. Sign up, connect your accounts and use the 14 days to decide.
