Saint.tools vs Wevion: A Free Facebook Launcher, or a Free Plan on Six Platforms

Any Saint tools vs Wevion comparison starts from the same observation: they both put a lot of Facebook campaigns live quickly. That is where the overlap ends. Saint.tools is a free launcher in beta, built for one channel and for speed. Wevion is the layer that sits over six ad platforms and keeps working after the campaigns are live — rules that read contribution margin, a budget that redistributes itself across platforms, and your tracker and store revenue on the same screen as the spend.
Quick answer: Saint.tools is a free Facebook launcher in beta. Wevion has a permanent free plan across six ad platforms, and paid tiers that add tracker and commerce revenue, margin per campaign, rules that act on that margin, and Budget Pools. The useful question is not free against paid — it is whether your problem is the launch or the month after it.
Two different jobs
Saint.tools: get a lot of Facebook campaigns live, for nothing
The product is a launcher. Bulk campaign creation, duplication, templates, batch actions across accounts, Business Manager and Fan Page setup, live CPM and CTR, multi-threaded so the work happens in parallel rather than one account after another. It is free while it is in beta, and for someone testing a workflow or running on a very thin margin that is the whole argument — and it is a good one. Free is the real floor this market is priced against, and every euro anyone asks for, ours included, gets measured against zero.
Wevion: govern six platforms, and read the money
Wevion connects to Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, Snapchat and Outbrain through their official APIs — for Meta, the Marketing API with OAuth: you authenticate on Meta's own page, you choose which ad accounts, pages and pixels to grant, and you revoke it from Meta whenever you want. On top of that connection sits a rule engine, a cross-channel analytics layer, ten self-hosted tracker adapters, Shopify and WooCommerce, and a team model.
Both launch. Only one of them is still doing something on day three.
Coverage, with the real numbers
Six platforms is our connection layer, and it genuinely is six. The layers above it are narrower, and we would rather publish the numbers than let you find them in the first week.
| Capability | Wevion | Saint.tools |
|---|---|---|
| Ad platforms connected, launched, synced and reported | 6 | 1 (Facebook) |
| Insight refresh | Every 15 minutes, all six | Live CPM and CTR |
| Historical backfill | All six | Not published |
| Bulk campaign launcher | All six, one platform per row | Facebook, multi-threaded |
| Pause and activate from a rule, campaign level | 6 | No rule engine |
| Budget changes from the rule engine | 5 (not Outbrain) | No rule engine |
| Rules comparing one platform against another | 4 (Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola) | Not applicable |
| Ad-set and ad level rule actions | 3 (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) | No rule engine |
| Launch rollback and ad relaunch | Meta only | Not published |
| Instant duplication | Meta; a draft to review on the other five |
Two of those rows are ours to be honest about. Outbrain budgets do not move from the rule engine — you change them by hand or through Wavo. And cross-platform conditions run on four platforms, not six. You would find both in the first week; better here.
What happens after the launch
This is the part a launcher does not have, and it is most of the reason Wevion costs money above the free tier.
Rules that act on margin, not just on ROAS
The rule engine evaluates every 15 minutes against 33 condition metrics. Four of them are profit, profit_margin, true_roas and break_even_roas — so a rule can pause an ad set because the contribution margin fell under your floor, not because a platform-reported ROAS number moved. The margin comes from your own tracker and your own store, not from an estimate.
An asymmetric brake
When you stop autonomy, the engine stops activating campaigns, stops increasing budgets and stops relaunching ads — and keeps running pauses and budget decreases. The brake only blocks the moves that can spend your money. Media buyers tend to recognise why that matters in about three seconds.
Budget mutations that do not double up
If a queued budget change gets redelivered, it is not applied twice. That is the kind of detail nobody puts on a pricing page and everybody who has built a rule engine has been bitten by.
Budget Pools
Declare one daily budget, put campaigns from several platforms inside it, pick the metric to optimise on and the scoring window, and every eight hours by default the pool moves the budget toward whatever is performing — inside the minimum and maximum you set per member. There is a simulation you can run before it executes, and a log of every allocation after.
Where the revenue number comes from
A launcher shows you spend. Wevion puts revenue next to it, from two sources:
- Ten tracker adapters, including Keitaro, Binom, Voluum, RedTrack, ClickFlare, BeMob, Everflow, ExoClick and TrafficManager — the self-hosted ones no BI platform will ever integrate.
- Shopify and WooCommerce, with refunds walked back down to the ad that produced the order and COGS frozen at the moment of the order rather than recalculated later.
The profitability view carries spend, gross and net revenue, refunds, COGS, shipping, processing fees, contribution profit, contribution margin, true ROAS and break-even ROAS, down to the single ad. There is no tax column — that one is not built, and we would rather say so than let you discover it.
Creative, intelligence and the team layer
- Creative fatigue scored on all six platforms — CTR 35%, frequency 30%, CPM 20%, CPC 15% — measured against the ad's own first days rather than an account average, so a strong ad that is cooling gets flagged before an average one does.
- Competitive Intelligence: competitor discovery, their ads synced from the Meta Ad Library, and the angles, hooks and estimated spend pulled out of them — next to the button that launches yours.
- Teams: organization, team, workspace and access groups with data isolation, two-factor authentication and an audit log you can question in plain language. The free plan is one seat; teams start on Starter.
- Wavo, the AI copilot: it proposes, and for the tools set to approval mode nothing touches a live account until a human clicks — and the executed parameters are re-read from the database, not from the model's message. Default guardrails cap a single action at EUR 50 and a team at EUR 200 a day, and you set both.
Price
| Saint.tools | Wevion | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry | Free, during beta | EUR 0, permanently |
| What the free tier holds | Beta limits, which move when the next release says so | 3 ad accounts per platform, 1 seat, 1 workspace, full launch toolset, Wavo in fast mode, 14 days of history |
| Paid | Not published | EUR 99, EUR 499, EUR 1,499 a month |
| Priced on | — | How many accounts you manage, not how much you spend |
We cannot tell you what Saint.tools costs after beta, because nobody has published it and we do not put guesses about a competitor's numbers on our own page. Read it from them.
The one thing worth saying about our pricing model: it looks at how many ad accounts you manage, not at how much you spend through them. A spend-based price is a ratchet — it moves up with a good month and tends not to move back down.
What Wevion does not do
Short list, because it is the useful part of any comparison:
- Launch rollback and ad relaunch are Meta only.
- Ad-set and ad-level rule actions run on three platforms, not six.
- Cross-platform rule conditions run on four.
- Outbrain budgets do not move from the rule engine.
- The profitability view has no tax column.
- Audience sync and comparison cover Meta, Google and TikTok — three of the six.
- There is no creative uniqueization at launch.
Who should stay with a free launcher
If the whole media plan is Facebook, the bottleneck is getting campaigns live, and nothing downstream of the launch is your problem, a free launcher may be all you need. We would rather say that than pretend otherwise.
The moment a second channel enters the plan, or the question becomes "which of these is actually making money after refunds and COGS", or a second person needs access without seeing everything, the job changes shape — and that is the job Wevion is built for.
Try the free plan
Wevion's free plan covers all six ad platforms, permanently, with no card: start there. If you want the review of Saint.tools on its own terms, read our Saint.tools review; for the broader field, see the Saint.tools alternative guide and the best Meta ads management tools of 2026.
