Nooklz Alternative for Meta Ads: Coverage, Margin and the Second Channel

Most of the people searching for a Nooklz alternative are not unhappy with Nooklz. Something in the work changed: a second ad platform showed up, or a client who wants a report, or a tracker whose revenue has to end up in the same table as the spend. The tool did not get worse — the shape of the job stopped matching the shape of the tool.

So this is not a list of reasons to leave. It is a list of the four things worth comparing when you look at what comes next, and an honest account of where Wevion sits on each of them.

Quick answer: Judge a Nooklz alternative on four things — how many ad platforms it actually covers, whether revenue and margin land next to the spend, what its rules are allowed to read, and whether it holds a team. Wevion covers six platforms, reads ten tracker adapters plus Shopify and WooCommerce, and lets a rule act on contribution margin. The free plan is permanent, so the claims are checkable before you pay.

What Nooklz is good at, first

A comparison that concedes nothing is a comparison nobody believes, so here is the part that is genuinely true:

  • Telegram-native operation. If your day already runs in Telegram, a command is faster than a login. That is a real advantage.
  • A low entry price for one operator on one channel.
  • Nothing to install. The operations run in the cloud; there is no local software to maintain.
  • Support where this market actually is — the CIS media buying channels, not a ticket queue in a different timezone.

If your operation is one person, one channel, and everything already lives in a chat window, none of what follows is an upgrade. It is just a different tool.

The four things to compare

1. How many ad platforms does it actually cover — and at what depth

"Multi-platform" is the most abused word in this market, so ask for the depth per platform rather than the count.

Wevion's answer, published with the smaller numbers included:

CapabilityPlatformsNotes
Connect, bulk-launch, publish, sync, insights every 15 min, backfill6Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, Snapchat, Outbrain
Campaign pause / activate from a rule6the safety action works everywhere
Budget moves from the rule engine5Outbrain has no branch — there budgets change by hand and through Wavo
Rules that compare one platform against another4Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola
Rule actions at ad-set and ad level3Meta, TikTok, Snapchat
Launch rollback, ad relaunch1Meta only

Nooklz is a Facebook product. That is a scope, not a shortcoming — and if you are never going to run a second channel, a six-platform panel is a bigger machine than your problem.

2. Does revenue land next to the spend

This is the row that changes how the day feels, and it is where most ad tools quietly stop.

  • Ten tracker adapters, each with its own connection screen: Keitaro, RedTrack, Binom, Voluum, ClickFlare, BeMob, Everflow, ExoClick, TrafficManager among them. If you self-host your tracker, its revenue arrives in the same table as the spend.
  • Shopify and WooCommerce, with refunds attributed back down to the ad that produced the order, and COGS frozen at the order rather than recalculated later.
  • Contribution margin per campaign, ad set and single ad — spend, gross and net revenue, refunds, COGS, shipping, processing fees, contribution profit, contribution margin, true ROAS, break-even ROAS.

One caveat we would rather you read here than discover later: there is no tax column. It is not built.

3. What are the rules allowed to read

Auto-rules that watch CPA and pause an ad set are the baseline; everybody has them. The question is what else the engine can see.

Wevion's rule engine runs on a 15-minute cadence with 33 condition metrics, four of which are profit, profit_margin, true_roas and break_even_roas. So the rule can be written on margin instead of ROAS, and the margin is computed from your tracker and your store rather than estimated.

Three details that only matter to someone who has run a rule engine in production:

  • The autonomy brake is asymmetric. Stop autonomy and activate, budget increases and relaunch stop; pause and budget decreases keep running. The brake never leaves you stuck spending.
  • Budget mutations are idempotent. A redelivered message does not double the move.
  • A rule can be previewed against your own data before you trust it.

And the thing rule engines are usually asked to fake, which here is a separate module: Budget Pools. One daily budget, campaigns from several platforms inside it, an optimisation metric and a scoring window, and every eight hours by default the budget moves towards whatever is earning — within a minimum and maximum per member, with a simulation before and a log after. All six platforms.

4. Does it hold a team

Nooklz is built around one operator, and that is coherent with its whole design.

Wevion is built around a structure: organization → team → workspace → access groups, with data isolation between them, two-factor authentication, and an audit log you can query in plain language — "who changed this budget, and when" asked as a sentence rather than filtered in a table. Plus API keys scoped by permission domain, an MCP server and a CLI on the same key from the Pro plan up.

If you are one person, this is weight you do not need. If a client asks who moved a budget on Tuesday, it is the answer.

How Wevion connects

Wevion connects to Meta through the official Marketing API with OAuth: Meta issues scoped tokens, the data comes from the API rather than from a screen, and the rate limits are the documented ones. Tokens are encrypted at rest.

It is worth saying the honest version of what that buys, because the overclaimed version is everywhere: connecting through an official, versioned API removes a whole class of breakage — a UI change does not break your automation, and reporting numbers come from the same place your account manager reads them. No tool, ours included, can promise an account will never be restricted. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a sentence they cannot back.

What you get that has no equivalent in a single-channel tool

Three of these are recent enough that most comparison articles have not caught up:

  • Cross-channel analytics — channel mix, comparison matrix, top campaigns and a budget recommendation across the six platforms, plus account-to-account comparison.
  • Creative fatigue on all six platforms, scored CTR 35% / frequency 30% / CPM 20% / CPC 15% against the ad's own first days rather than an account average, so the alert comes before the curve flattens.
  • Competitive intelligence — competitor discovery, their ads synced from the Ad Library, and the angles and hooks pulled out of them, sitting next to the button that launches yours.
  • Wavo, the copilot that writes into all six platforms, with approval-mode tools that wait for a human click, executed parameters re-read from the database, and default guardrails of €50 per action and €200 a day per team.

Pricing, and how to compare it honestly

Wevion is priced on what you manage, not what you spend: €0, €99, €499 or €1,499 a month, on one page, with no spend-based tiering. The free plan is permanent — three accounts per platform, one seat, the full campaign launch toolset, Wavo, 14 days of history.

Nooklz publishes its own plans on its own channels, and they sit well below our paid tiers. We do not republish a competitor's prices, because the third-party catalogues covering this market disagree with each other and a stale number in our favour is still a wrong number. Check the source.

The comparison that actually means something is not €X against €Y. It is: what does the second channel cost you today, in tools and in reconciliation time, and is that more or less than the difference?

Who should switch, and who should not

Worth switching if: you run more than one ad platform, or you are about to; you need contribution margin next to spend rather than in a spreadsheet; you have people who need different levels of access; or you want rules that can read profit.

Not worth switching if: you are one operator on Facebook only, your day genuinely runs faster in Telegram, and nobody is ever going to ask you for a cross-channel report. A bigger panel would just be a bigger panel.

What migration actually involves

Your campaigns, ad sets, ads and pixels live on Meta. Connect the ad account through OAuth and they appear — no export, no import, no rebuild of your advertising infrastructure.

What you do rebuild is the automation, and it is worth rebuilding rather than porting: rules written for one channel and one metric are usually not the rules you would write with margin and five more platforms available.

Running both in parallel for a week or two, on different sets of accounts, is the sane way to compare. Two tools writing into the same campaigns will eventually disagree.

The bottom line

Nooklz is a fast way to run Facebook from a chat window, and for the operator it was designed for it does that well.

Wevion is the other trade: six platforms in one panel, your tracker and store revenue next to the spend, margin down to the single ad, and a rule engine allowed to act on it.

The free plan is permanent, so every number in this article is checkable against the product before you pay for anything: start on the free plan.
