Meta Ads Platform Pricing Comparison 2026: Every Tool, Every Plan

Meta ads platform pricing is one of the most confusing topics in the space because every platform uses a different model. Flat rate, per-account, spend-based, custom enterprise — comparing them requires normalizing across variables. This guide does exactly that.
Quick answer: Meta ads platform pricing comes in four models: flat-rate, per-account, spend-based percentage, and custom enterprise. The right comparison normalizes for how many accounts you run and how much you spend, because per-account and spend-based fees scale with you while flat-rate plans like Wevion's do not. Always factor hidden costs — onboarding, seats, and add-ons — into total cost of ownership.
I cover every major platform with their actual published pricing as of March 2026, total cost of ownership calculations for different use cases, and the hidden costs that do not show up in the headline price.
I built Wevion, so I will be transparent about its pricing and honest about where other platforms offer better value for specific use cases. The goal here is to give you the information you need, not to win an argument.

Pricing Model Overview
Before comparing numbers, the model matters enormously for total cost. It compounds fast, too: with marketers managing an average of seven or more paid channels (Gartner, 2023), a pricing model that charges per account or per channel can quietly become the largest line item in the stack.
| Platform | Pricing Model | Key Variable |
|---|---|---|
| Wevion | Flat rate by plan | None — account limits scale with plan |
| Madgicx | Per ad account | Account count |
| Revealbot | Spend-based | Total monthly ad spend |
| Smartly.io | Custom/enterprise | Negotiated, spend + features |
| AdsCook | Flat rate by plan | None — but limited accounts |
| Triple Whale | Flat rate by GMV tier | Store revenue |
| Meta Ads Manager | Free | N/A |
Why the model matters more than the number: a platform that charges per account multiplies with your client list; one that charges on your ad spend rises exactly when a client scales; one that charges per plan does neither. The headline price means nothing until you know which of the three you are signing.
Where these numbers come from, and when. Everything below was read on 29 August 2026 on each vendor's own pricing page, with the link next to it. Two of them do not publish a price at all, and we say so rather than repeating an old figure. Price lists in this market move in weeks: reopen the page before you decide. Ours is one page — wevion.ai/pricing.
Platform-by-Platform Pricing
Wevion
Wevion uses flat-rate pricing with ad account limits that scale with your plan.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual (est.) | Ad Accounts | Key Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | EUR 0 | EUR 0 | Entry limit | To try it, no card |
| Starter | EUR 99 | EUR 948 (EUR 79/mo billed annually) | Scales with plan | Full automation, cross-account dashboard, Telegram alerts, bulk launcher |
| Pro | EUR 499 | EUR 4,788 | Higher tier | Advanced reporting, RBAC (organisation → team → workspace → access groups), white-label reports, API access |
| Plus | EUR 1.499 | EUR 14,388 | Highest tier | Top capacity, dedicated support, custom integrations |
What is included on every plan:
- Ad accounts scaling with your plan tier — no per-account fees
- Full automation rules engine with compound AND/OR logic
- Cross-account dashboard and reporting
- Telegram alerts on the ~15-minute insight sync
- Six ad platforms: connect, bulk-launch, sync and measure on all six; rules move budget on five; a condition can compare four against each other
- Margin per campaign, with COGS, shipping and fees next to spend and your tracker's revenue inside the formula
- Bulk campaign launcher
- Naming convention enforcement
- 14-day free trial, no credit card required
What is NOT included:
- Overage charges — there are none
- Spend-based escalation — there is none
- Per-account fees — there are none
Total cost for an agency with 20 accounts: EUR 99–1,499/month regardless of account count.
Madgicx
On 29 August 2026 the Madgicx pricing page publishes no price list. It asks for your monthly ad spend and then points you to "See price inside the app". The only figure visible without an account is the Tracking Pro add-on at $49/month. (madgicx.com/pricing, read 29 August 2026.)
The tier numbers that used to sit here had no source we could re-open, so we removed them rather than leave them standing. What we can still say about the model, because their own page says it: the price is keyed to your ad spend, which means it moves when your client's budget moves.
What to ask them before you sign: what happens to the figure when monthly spend doubles, and whether it comes back down when spend falls. That second question is the one the market complains about most, and it is worth asking in writing.
Bïrch (formerly Revealbot)
Their own pricing page states the rule plainly: the price depends on monthly ad spend across all connected accounts. At the entry step — up to $10,000/month of spend — Essential is $49/month billed annually and Pro is $99/month; above the step you move up a tier or pay overages. (revealbot.com/pricing, read 29 August 2026.)
The intermediate tier figures that used to sit in this table were estimates without a source. We removed them: ask them for the step table that matches your spend, and put it next to a flat price before you decide.
The critical issue with spend-based pricing:
If your clients scale their ad budgets, the platform cost rises on its own — even though what the tool does for you has not changed. An agency whose clients go from $100,000 to $500,000 a month of managed spend climbs several steps of that table, while Wevion stays at EUR 499/month because our price counts accounts, not spend.
For an agency at $500,000/month of managed spend: several steps up their table (ask them for the exact figure — we will not invent it) against a flat EUR 499/month here.
Smartly.io
Smartly.io publishes no price: on 29 August 2026 there is no public pricing page to read, and everything runs through a sales conversation. The dollar ranges that used to sit in this table came from second-hand reports, not from Smartly, so we took them out. What stays true is the shape of the deal, and it is worth knowing before the first call:
Additional cost factors:
- Minimum ad spend commitments are often part of contracts
- Implementation fees for onboarding
- Customer success included at higher tiers, may be add-on at lower tiers
- Multi-channel (Meta + other platforms) licensing may increase costs
Who this pricing is justified for: Brands spending $1M+/month in Meta ad spend where Smartly's DCO capabilities generate enough incremental performance to offset the platform cost. For agencies under that threshold, the ROI math rarely works.
AdsCook
On 29 August 2026 the AdsCook pricing page returned no figures to a plain reader, so there is no price in this section — a declared gap beats a stale number. What we can compare is the perimeter: it is a narrower product, with no multi-account management, no team roles and no bulk operations.
Who it works for: Budget-conscious affiliates managing 1-2 accounts who need basic automation and do not require team features or multi-account management.
Triple Whale
Triple Whale prices on store GMV (gross merchandise value) rather than ad spend. We could not read the current tiers on 29 August 2026 — the page answers 403 to anything that is not a browser — so the figures that used to be in this table are gone rather than left without a source. Open it yourself, and note the model: the bill is keyed to how much your store sells.
Triple Whale is an attribution and analytics tool, not a campaign management platform. These costs are additive to whatever tool you use for actual campaign management. Most brands use Triple Whale alongside, not instead of, a management platform.
Meta Ads Manager
Free. Automation rules included at no cost.
| Feature | Available |
|---|---|
| Campaign creation | Yes |
| Automated rules | Yes, basic |
| Cross-account dashboard | No |
| Bulk operations | Limited |
| Custom AND/OR logic | No |
| Team role management | Basic |
The free tool works for beginners and low-volume advertisers. The operational cost is time: manual monitoring, manual optimization, no automated alerts, no bulk operations. Once you are managing more than one account or spending $5,000+/month, the time cost of Meta Ads Manager alone exceeds any subscription price.
Total Cost of Ownership: Scenario Analysis
Scenario 1: Solo Media Buyer, 3 Accounts, $30,000/month Total Spend
| Platform | Monthly Cost | Annual Cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wevion Starter | EUR 99 (EUR 79 billed annually) | EUR 948 | 3 accounts inside the plan allowance |
| Madgicx | not published | not published | price shown inside the app, keyed to spend |
| Bïrch (ex Revealbot) | above the up-to-$10K step | — | keyed to the $30K/mo you manage |
| AdsCook | not readable on 29 Aug 2026 | — | narrower perimeter |
What you can actually compare here: one published number against three models. At EUR 99 you know your bill for the year; on the other three you will know it after a quote or a signup. That is the comparison, and it is the one nobody publishes.
Scenario 2: Agency, 15 Client Accounts, $200,000/month Total Managed Spend
| Platform | Monthly Cost | Annual Cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wevion Pro | EUR 499 | EUR 4,788 | 15 accounts inside the plan allowance |
| Madgicx | not published | — | keyed to spend; ask for the figure at $200K/mo |
| Bïrch (ex Revealbot) | several steps above entry | — | keyed to the $200K/mo you manage |
| Smartly.io | on request | — | quote and contract |
The point of this table is the second column. At $200,000/month of managed spend, one of these four bills is knowable before the call. We are not claiming to be the cheapest at every volume — we are claiming to be the only one you can price without asking.
Scenario 3: Enterprise Brand, 3 Accounts, $2,000,000/month Spend
| Platform | Monthly Cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Wevion Plus | EUR 1.499 | 3 accounts, full features, flat at any spend |
| Madgicx | not published | keyed to spend |
| Bïrch (ex Revealbot) | high step, keyed to $2M/mo of spend | ask them for the figure |
| Smartly.io | on request | DCO, enterprise features |
It depends on what you are buying. If you need Smartly's feed-based DCO, that is their row and we will not pretend otherwise. If you need campaign management, rules and margin at $2M/month of spend, the difference is that our number does not change when that spend does.
Hidden Costs to Watch For
Spend-based escalation (Bïrch, and Madgicx by their own page): your cost rises automatically as clients scale their budgets, without the platform doing anything new for you. It is not a surcharge, it is the model. Ask the second question too: does it come back down when spend falls?
Per-account compounding: where a tool bills per ad account, every new client is a higher monthly bill before you have earned anything from them.
Smartly.io implementation fees: The weeks of onboarding and implementation typically involve professional services costs beyond the monthly platform fee.
AI add-ons: Some platforms charge separately for AI creative generation features beyond the base subscription.
White-label fees: White-label reporting capabilities often require Enterprise tier or add-on pricing.
Ours, stated plainly: the plan price covers the account allowance of that plan and every feature of that tier, with no spend-based escalation and no per-account fee. What it does not cover: the account limit is real and enforced, so past it you move up a plan — we would rather write that here than let you find it in the product.
Pricing Recommendations by Use Case
| Use Case | Best Value Platform | Monthly Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Solo buyer, 1 account, AI creative optimization | Madgicx | price inside the app |
| Solo buyer, 1-3 accounts, custom rules | Wevion Starter | EUR 99/mo (EUR 79 billed annually) |
| Agency, 5-20 accounts | Wevion Pro | EUR 499/mo |
| Agency, 20+ accounts | Wevion Pro or Plus | EUR 499-1.499/mo |
| Single-account rule automation | Bïrch (ex Revealbot) | keyed to your ad spend |
| Enterprise brand, feed-based DCO | Smartly.io | on request |
| High-spend solo account ($2M+/mo) | Wevion Plus | EUR 1.499/mo, flat |
The clearest pricing advice I can offer: understand the model before the number. Flat-rate pricing gives you cost certainty. Per-account and spend-based pricing give you a bill that grows as you succeed.
Wevion's 14-day free trial is fully featured. You can test every capability — automation rules, cross-account reporting, bulk launcher, team access controls — before committing to any plan.
